SENDING OR SHIPPING SCENTSY AS A GIFT
Scentsy’s NEW gift-giving option now gives you the option of notifying your gift recipients via email when a package is on its way to their front door step. Twenty different email templates are available to choose from under the following categories: Birthday, Special Occasion, Holiday, Care and Concern, and Scentsy General Gift.
This gift-giving option just launched this Fall 2011 and is now available in all Scentsy markets and languages.
How it works:
If a gift is ordered by a customer on a Consultant’s personal consultant website, they will
be able to check a box on the online order form, indicating this is a gift
order.
Once this box is checked, the customer is taken to a gift order page
where they enter data about payment, the gift recipient and shipping
information, and their personal gift message. If they prefer, they may
select a pre-written message option.
Once payment is processed and the order is shipped, the gift recipient
will receive an email letting them know a gift has been sent to them
and who it’s from. No details about the gift will be included, but a
tracking number will be sent to the gift recipient.
